Minnetrista Residence
James Steele Construction was selected by the homeowner to construct an
approximately 10,000 SF underground Recreation Addition and Gatehouse Entry to an existing residence. JSC was selected for its ability
to fast track the design and construction process before the design was complete by utilizing our own skilled concrete, masonry and carpentry craftsmen. The addition includes a new Gatehouse leading to the Recreation Addition which contains a ball room, commercial kitchen,
multi car garage with a vehicle lift leading to it, an indoor firing range, restrooms, a conference room, and a mezzanine gallery, all with a stone paved parking area above with integrated snow melt tubing throughout.
