Salvation Army Hope Harbor
James Steele Construction constructed the new $6,400,000, fivestory Hope Harbor Supportive Housing building, which included 96 units, Community Rooms, Offices and Vehicle Storage. Utilization of tax credits required completion and occupancy within twelve months and JSC achieved occupancy in eleven months. Over the last ten years, James Steele Construction has completed numerous other projects for The Salvation Army, such as: Citadel Corps, Booth Brown House, Parkview, Lakewood, Gateway Park, Pole Building and the Northbrook Corps. We value this ongoing relationship with The Salvation Army and look forward to future collaborations.
