In 2000 James Steele Construction Company was selected as a negotiated general to construct a new 25,000 square foot facility. This project utilized many quality materials, including a complete masonry exterior and maple & granite interior finishes.
In 2003 we again were selected to construct a 10,000 SF addition on this facility. We also completed an extensive remodel of PCU’s 22,000 SF facility in North St. Paul in 2004 and another renovation at PCU’s West St. Paul location.
