The James Steele Construction / RRT Architects team recently designed and completed extensive remodeling and a striking entrance addition for the St. Paul Area Association of Realtors. The original building, designed and constructed by our team in 1984, served as an Executive Board office, training center, administrative office, credit union and a sales area.
The single level building is designed with a metallic blue panel system that is visible from the highway and shifts to a brick residential scale along the back side of the building.
