James Steele Construction worked closely with the architects to provide the lowest possible environmental impact while maintaining the needs of the Watershed District. Sustainable Architecture included: garden roof, Certified Managed forest lumber, in-floor radiant heat, rain gardens, natural light, pervious paving, recycled waste and waterless urinals.
The facility included 7,200 SF of new offices, public meeting spaces, garages, lobby and work rooms.
